Office Assistant Manager
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Pay Range: $20/hr 
Experience: 2+ years of Office Management
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, Business Hours

 

Office Assistant Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for all office matters and key administrative tasks, ensuring operations remain smooth, especially in the manager's absence.

  • Oversee and maintain all common areas, manage office supplies and inventory, and coordinate all facility maintenance and service requests.

  •  Support the development and implementation of new office procedures and administrative policies to enhance operational efficiency across the company.

  • Assist in guiding and directing junior administrative staff and interns, including delegating tasks and providing basic performance feedback.

  • Manage basic financial tasks, including tracking office budgets, processing invoices, and preparing expense reports.

  • Provide full support for planning, logistics, setup, and administrative needs for meetings, training sessions, and company events.
     

Office Assistant Manager Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least two years of proven experience in a senior administrative role (e.g., Senior Office Coordinator, Executive Assistant).

  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar office management software.

  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor when dealing with staff and vendors.

  • Highly proactive, reliable, and collaborative; capable of exercising discretion when handling confidential information.
