Formal Job Title: HCM Implementation Specialist (3 positions open)
Terms: 6+ Month Contract

Status: GC,USC,GC-EAD,H4-EAD,OPT
Work schedule details: Must be local to Phoenix, AZ - onsite 3 days per week

Hand on implementation of core HCM. The candidates we've sent over have been more on the support side and don't have enough implementation experience.
Required Skill(s):
At least 2 projects of experience supporting implementation of Cloud HCM Core Module
Must have prior experience completing HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation
Experience managing/escalating oracle SR (Service Requests)
Bachelor's degree required
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working in Finance/Banking Industry
Prior knowledge of ORC, Talent, & Compensation
Experience with HCM ADP Connector
Prior Experience of Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM Configuration & Administration.
Prior experience of implementing, managing, provisioning security, and resolving security access problems will be advantages.
