The mental health industry is full of barriers, and we’ve made it our goal to fill the gap and find innovative ways to break down these barriers for the communities we serve.Specific responsibilities may include and are not limited to:• Providing individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy/counseling to adults and adolescents experiencing mental health challenges• Maintain appropriate documentation in a timely manner• Attend and participate in individual and group supervision/trainings• Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policyRequired Skills/Experience:• Master's degree or higher in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, or relevant field required• Current full or provisional license in good standing with respective state board• Must be able to develop collaborative, trusting, and professional relationships with clients and staffDesired Skills/Experience:• Experience working with mood, substance misuse, attachment, and eating disorders• Ability to maintain a curious, person-centered, and creative mind when approaching the experiences of clients• Experience working with couples or families a plus• Willingness to not be the only “expert in the room”• Training in trauma-informed modalities strongly preferredPosition type: Full-time or part-timeLocation: Raleigh, NC / HybridSchedule: Monday – Friday, Saturday availability if desired.Compensation: Competitive salary or hourly, based on licensure and experience.Benefits offered:Health insurancePaid time offLiability insuranceContinuing educationIndividual and group supervisionFitness membership
