As a Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining major features in Oracle Health’s Millennium Platform. The ideal candidate will be technically strong in the C Language, with C++ experience highly preferred, and have a solid understanding of database architecture and concepts. This role will engage in development and support of an SQL-based programming language which integrates with the database and Millennium architecture.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science 10+ years of professional software development experience or 8 years with an advanced degree in Computer Science. Deep experience in C and C++ Languages. Development experience with relational databases and file systems (Linux). Strong experience with data structures, algorithms, concurrency, multi-threading, and object-oriented design. Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to various audiences. Comfortable in a collaborative, agile development environment.
