Public Entity / Municipality Account Manager Essex County, New JerseyProperty and Casualty Insurance IndustryEstablished agency is looking for a detail oriented person who demonstrates clear knowledge of commercial insurance coverage and exceptional customer service skills. Will handle all aspects of insurance services from applications to policy analysis. Candidate should be familiar with basic risk management and loss control methods; specifically for workers compensation losses.3+ years Public Entities experience and a P&C brokers license. Experience with Applied Systems is a plus. CPCU, ARM, CISR, or progress toward any of these designations is a plus. Possess excellent organizational and time management skills. Demonstrate superior written and verbal communication skills, including ability to answer routine coverage questions, endorsement ordering and processing, policy checking and invoicing, as well as market renewals and rounding out accounts. Have the ability to handle multiple tasks and/or projects simultaneously despite their complexity. Be results oriented with the drive to succeed.
