Job Title: Quality EngineerLocation: Little Rock, ARWe’re seeking a Quality Engineer specializing in Product Lines for our leading manufacturing facility in the Little Rock / Jacksonville, AR area. You will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing quality standards within our manufacturing and assembly processes. Join our team and contribute to the success of our diverse product lines.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary analytical interface between engineering, manufacturing, and quality for assigned product lines.Collaborate with suppliers to improve critical part features and process control methodologies.Develop and maintain work instructions for assembly and testing, conducting necessary training.Serve as the main liaison with governmental quality assurance representatives for assigned contracts.Analyze and reconcile differences between internal and supplier quality inspection data using analytical tools.Lead problem-solving teams for internal and supplier quality failures, ensuring timely corrective actions.Address customer-related quality issues, analyze failures, and lead the development of corrective and preventive actions.Take the lead on special projects, utilizing project management approaches for successful execution.Assist in the development and maintenance of the quality management system, ensuring compliance with approved data and testing.Effectively present information to various stakeholders, both internally and externally.Ensure adherence to 5S principles for assigned product lines.Act as a backup for product line and supplier quality engineers.Seek and implement ways to improve daily work processes, enhance quality and productivity, and look for cost reduction opportunities.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering or equivalent.3-5 years of related experience and/or training.Proficiency in interpreting drawings, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerances (GD&T).ISO 9001.Strong background in statistically based problem-solving and process improvement (e.g., six-sigma).Experience working with US and international government quality assurance representatives.Basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and familiarity with MRP systems.Ability to lift packages up to 25 lbs.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (about 25%).Join our team and be a part of a dynamic, forward-thinking company that values your expertise and offers opportunities for growth and development.What We Offer:Full-time position with competitive bonus and relocation expenseMedical, dental, and 401k plan benefits.Opportunity for career growth within the organization.How to Apply: Submit Resume—--(Salary range based on experience)—--ABOUT ACCURATE PERSONNELDo you need your next job fast?
