The ideal candidate is a proactive, confident, self-starter who thrives in competitive situations and is determined to exceed targeted goals.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, educate, and develop strong consultant-partner relationshipsAssist consultants with the identification and education of good prospective employersMastery of cost containment programs and their application for consultants and prospective employersDevelop strong relationships with members of the internal underwriting, market development, and marketing teamsDrive the understanding of large and complex risk management programsCreate and execute a regional sales plan to support sales goalsImplement sales techniques focused on the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closingSkills And Experience5+ years of recent experience in the self-insured/self-funded marketplace with strong Insurance Broker relationships5+ years of recent experience in a new business development roleAdvanced knowledge of the West Texas/Oklahoma insurance marketBachelor’s degreeMust live within 30 miles of Oklahoma City or Tulsa areaBenefits Medical insurance - Premiums paid 100% by company for employee, family, and/or spouse Vision and Dental insurance Employer contribution for HSA STD/LTD insurance 401(k) with 3% employer contribution; no waiting period to participate; vested at 2 years Flexible PTO Paid maternity and paternity leave $60 monthly fitness reimbursement Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250
