Our client is actively interviewing candidates for an experienced Scrum Master position in their amazing employee focused organization.Responsibilities:Collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and plan the product backlog.Promoting a culture of collaboration and transparency among team members, stakeholders, and leadership.Identifying and addressing impediments hindering team progress, escalating issues when necessary.Guiding multiple data and integration teams through Agile processes, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.Conducting Scrum ceremonies and coaching team members on Agile best practices.Collaborating with other Scrum Masters to maintain consistency in Agile processes and drive improvements.Proactively managing risks to maintain project momentum and delivery timelines.Driving continuous improvement initiatives within teams, fostering a culture of learning and adaptation.Encouraging innovation and creativity in problem-solving to enhance team performance.Tracking and reporting key Agile metrics, providing insights for process optimization.Collaborating with stakeholders to define and measure project success criteria aligned with business goals.Qualifications:Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification required. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, principles, and practices, with hands-on experience implementing Scrum or other Agile frameworks. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
