Job DescriptionAs a Senior Business Analyst, you will join the clients project team to ensure that contractual obligations are met for systems support and process integration, procedures, and document preparation for the implementation, deployment, and maintenance of an enterprise-wide tuition assistance award solution. You will work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and collaborative environment which requires strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, strong critical thinking, complex problem solving, appropriate judgment, and decision-making skills. You will coordinate the activities required to meet the project and quality standards and ensure regulatory compliance.Minimum experience/Qualifications:Required Skills and Abilities:Strong analysis, problem-solving experience (requirements analysis, documentation, user stories), ability to gather and analyze information skillfully.Excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills to collaborate with customers and internal cross-functional teams, good decision-making, ability to work independently and deliver on time with quality, strong MS Office suite including Visio and Project skills.Preferred Skills:Self-motivated, well-organized, and strict attention to detail.Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.Strong Experience with JIRA, SharePoint, ConfluenceExperience with SDLC in a Hybrid (Agile + Waterfall) environment, functional testing, UATExperience and comfortable in a project start-up environment.Recent system modernization project experience preferred.Experience in the grants/scholarship/financial aid in the education sector a big plus. Education and Work ExperienceBachelor's degree (BA/BS) AND 5-plus years of relevant experience. A Master’s or similar advanced degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.
