If you enjoy working with a close-knit team, you will fit right in with our talented team!Full Benefits Package:Medical / Dental / Vision401(k) with employer match16 days of vacation time with more added at milestone anniversaryWhat will you do at Premier Construction & Design?Responsibilities:§ Manage and analyze RFP’s and bidding processes including subcontractor selection and solicitation;§ Manage estimate process for multiple phases including pre-development, development and design/build projects; including new construction, interior build outs, and renovations;§ Attend site walkthroughs;§ Develop and manage requests for information;§ Create and manage project budgets including change requests;§ Negotiate client contracts and buyout subcontracts, including scope reviews;§ Assess and mitigate risk throughout project;§ Manage projects to ensure completion is on time and within specified budget;§ Manage project teams including Superintendents, and Project Engineers;§ Successfully manage clients expectations and contractual obligations;§ Manage productive meetings including project team and client meetings;§ Resolve any issues or problems that arise over the course of projects;§ Other duties as assigned.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or other related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in the industrial/commercial construction industry.Extensive knowledge of MEP, civil, concrete, structural steel, carpentry, and finishing trades and subcontractors.Proficient in on-screen takeoff and Microsoft Suite software including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and Project.Ability to estimate/take-off projects for rough order of magnitude.Preferred proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit, Procore and Bluebeam software.Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is requiredPremier Construction & Design is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
