The AXA XL Human Resources department supports over 10,000 colleagues globally. The team consists of a network of professionals that are strategically aligned with AXA XL Leadership Team members and the global teams they lead, and that partners with our Centers of Expertise (CoE) in Talent Acquisition and Development, Compensation, Benefits and HR Operations.

The Senior Talent Management Leader, Americas reports to the CHRO, Americas working collaboratively with our regional HR and business teams, as well as global HR colleagues. This position will be responsible for fully developing, articulating, and implementing a strategy for the Americas’ region Talent Development work. The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to develop and execute strategies, programs and systems that bring AXA XL’s most important principles to life.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
Collaborate with the global and regional HR teams to optimize business performance through development and implementation of talent initiatives and programs in alignment with global and regional priorities. Be a strategic thought partners and advisor to the HR Business Partners to help think through and solve talent and organizational health challenges, while also challenging current ways of thinking. Support leaders in proactively managing the talent pipeline to ensure we future proof the business to have talent available to meet future growth and adapt to the changing environment. Collaborate with the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Parter, Americas to design and implement intentional development programs for high performing diverse talent in the organization. Facilitate talent discussions/reviews and talent planning alongside the HR Business Partners. Execute, maintain and continuously improve talent management programs and processes. Lead the work of operationalizing the global HR Talent strategy and vision at AXA XL in the Americas, including partnering closely with the Global Talent Center of Excellence and Talent leaders in the other regions. Collect, monitor, and report on data regarding talent processes and workforce planning in collaboration with the CHRO, Americas and Americas HR Leadership team. Partner closely with the regional and global HR Business Partners to build and develop internal talent, including building a culture of continuous learning. Lead a team of three colleagues: Learning and Development Partner, Talent Partner and Talent Coordinator.
