What are we looking for in our Senior Treasury Analyst?
Our client, a global technology company is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst - San Jose, CA 95110 (Hybrid)
Location: San Jose, CA 95110 (Hybrid - 3 days a week in office, rest WFH)
Long Term Contract
Pay: $55-$60/hr. DOE
Duties:
- Maintain worldwide bank account management, including opening and closing accounts, updating signatories, and responding to bank compliance requests.
- Oversee banking activities related to mergers & acquisitions and new entity establishment, ensuring seamless integration with existing treasury processes.
- Ensure timely completion of banks’ Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, staying abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices.
- Complete periodic reporting requirements such as bank signatory audits, bank system user audits, FBAR reporting, and bank confirmations, providing ongoing audit support.
- Collaborate closely with banks and internal partners to ensure timely handling of operational requirements and business inquiries, fostering strong relationships and effective communication channels.
- Participate in ad hoc projects to improve current treasury processes and technologies, driving operational efficiencies and enhancing overall treasury performance.

Skills:
- 5 years of experience in treasury operations or related fields, with demonstrated proficiency in worldwide bank account management and compliance.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements, with experience in KYC processes and reporting obligations.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed recommendations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of project management and process improvement, with experience in implementing treasury technologies and driving operational change.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CTP, CFA) preferred.
