¿Qué harás?

Bajo dirección específica, realiza la supervisión de los servicios de mantenimiento preventivo de los equipos mecánicos y eléctricos de las unidades de compresión y de operaciones continuas In Plant (O&M); puesta en marcha de unidades y sistemas nuevos, reemplazo y actualización de controladores y arrancadores eléctricos, reparación de compresores.

Bajo supervisión general, puede ejecutar y/o liderar empleados para la realización de una variedad de proyectos operativos y servicios técnicos en una o más áreas profesionales, mecánicos, electricidad / electrónica, hidráulica, etc.

¿Cómo lo harás?

El supervisor es el responsable de asignar los recursos necesarios para la ejecución de los trabajos que han sido programados con base en la necesidad de servicio y al cliente.
Administra a los ingenieros de servicio realizando un plan de trabajo semanal y Mantiene comunicación constante con ellos para asegurar el término de las actividades dentro del periodo de tiempo establecido.
Asegurarse que el plan de trabajo semanal programado sea el mismo que el ejecutado y hacer el registro y actualización de ello en la plataforma
Dentro del programa de servicios debe coordinar los apoyos al personal de ventas para realizar los levantamientos y reportes necesarios para realizar las propuestas comerciales
Al término de los trabajos recibe los reportes elaborados por el ingeniero de servicio en la plataforma Prontoforms, se asegura que el informe de servicios este llenado de forma apropiada y completa; da lectura y registro de las acciones a ejecutar derivado del reporte.
Identifica las refacciones necesarias en los reportes de servicio, incluyendo números de partes para dar seguimiento a la cotización y en su caso, venta de estas en conjunto con el ingeniero de ventas y así asegurar que sean solicitadas en tiempo y forma.
Se asegura de que las oportunidades de mejora y venta derivadas captadas por los ingenieros de servicio durante las atenciones a los clientes sean registradas en la plataforma Bid Tracer para seguimiento comercial.

Se reúne y verifica con el estimador que la información de oportunidades vendidas por el técnico se encuentre completa y consolidada de manera correcta a fin de que las comisiones que apliquen sean pagadas en tiempo y forma
Los servicio programados y no programados solicitados por el cliente deben ser confirmados con el SOA (Service Operations Agent) quien administra los costos de los contratos, confirmando siempre con ellos la programación del personal, antes de proceder a ejecutar o asignar a un ingeniero de servicio.
Realiza el envío en tiempo de los soportes de servicios necesarios para facturar al SOA y al esquipo de SOC.
Revisar periódicamente, en conjunto con el SOA, la generación del revenue mensual y los avances respecto al plan de la Branch.
Reporta a la gerencia de operaciones y al SOA los problemas o cambios en los alcances de trabajo de forma inmediata. Interactúa con el gerente de operaciones de la sucursal, el gerente del proyecto de servicio o los subcontratistas en los proyectos para coordinar las actividades, según se necesite, de manera ética y profesional.
Certifica el estado de avance de los proyectos y / o el rendimiento general de mantenimiento para informar los clientes y a la gerencia en forma oportuna y coherente
Responsable de dar retroalimentación a los ingenieros de servicio sobre su desarrollo profesional y necesidades de capacitación técnica

Experiencia formal en sistemas de Refrigeración Industrial
Manejo de MS Office (Word, Excel y Power Point)
Gestión de proyectos.2 años
Formación en ingeniería mecánica, eléctrica,
Un mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en gestión de personal
Orientación al cliente
Capacidad de análisis
Manejo adecuado del trabajo bajo presión
Conocer normatividad y lineamiento de seguridad en la industria petroquímica
Experiencia formal en sistemas de Refrigeración Industrial
Conocimiento de controles electromecánicos y PLC y equipos de control de refrigeración (mínimo 5 años)
Amplio conocimiento en detección y reparación de fallas: Compresores tipo tornillo, compresión por pistones, sistemas de refrigeración inundados o bombas, condensadores evaporativos y enfriados por aire(mínimo 5 años)
Experiencia en manejo de amoniaco en refrigeración (mínimo 5 años)
Manejo de compresores para gases no refrigerantes (Gas Natural y Gas LP)
Uso de Herramienta especial (para equipos de compresión) (mínimo 5 años)
