Sr Support Engineer L3 Support:
8 to 12 years of total IT Experience out of which should have worked on atleast one large program on L3 Support (small enhancements / Hot Fixes)
Should have good knowledge in React/Redux
Should have hands-on experience on Java Springboot Reactive Microservies will be added advantage
Should have knowledge on different Databases Relational and Non-Relational like Oracle, Cassandra, Mongo DB
Deployment of the Services on Cloud Platform (AWS) will be required, while experience on other cloud platforms like Clienture or GCP will be added advantage
Should have good knowledge in Javascript
Hands on experience on tools like Kibana and Monitoring tool New relic
Good analytical skills in distributed systems
Telecom Domain experience will be added advantage
Should be ready to work in different shifts on need basis and some extended hours on need basis (on-call support)
