Job Summary
This role leads plant systems integration projects, training of operations and engineering teams and system fixing and its maintenance.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee projects using plant systems: SAP, MII, SQL, MES, Wonderware, InTouch.
Run plant Ethernet OT network: Switches, sockets, VLANs, IPs, diagrams, devices connectivity.
In charge of plant server environment: servers, resources, names, IPs, software, updates, backups, patches.
Oversee plant databases and reporting: synchronization, data storage and organization, stored procedures, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Tableau.
In charge of plant systems security: Active Directory, VPN access, RDA access, BP accounts.
Plant integration: data acquisition, exchange and flow, communication between different systems, communication protocols (Ethernet IP, ABCIP, OPC UA, BACnet).
Provide access to software for diagnostics, development, backup and configuration. Licenses, Thin Clients, tablets, scanners, SAP terminals.
Support robotic transportation systems (AGV, AMR) in terms of: IT infrastructure, integration, synchronization with material movement business transactions.
Help finding modern, reliable solutions addressing factory needs and problems.
Explain existing plant systems functionality to all departments and encourage data driven culture.
Provide mentorship and training.

Education/ Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology or related fields
At least 5 years of experience with engineering, supply chain operations and/or IT Supply Chain required.
Experience with manufacturing operations and core processes.
Proficiency in Wonderware manufacturing software and/or SAP manufacturing applications
Preferred education and experience requirements:
Experience in configuration of data exchange between Wonderware and SAP (MII application).
Knowledge of Tableau or other similar report visualization tools.
Strong proficiency in SAP usage and SAP Transactions.
Expected Areas of Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Database management knowledge and ability to write and fix SQL queries. Excellent knowledge of Wonderware / Aveva System Platform. Including designing and installing a complete environment from scratch. Strong programming knowledge, ability to write scripts and correct the code. Strong PLC knowledge, ability to write and fix ladder logic code.
Extensive experience in the area of manufacturing systems integration, design and commissioning.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $88,800 - $125,000 USD
Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
