Are you ready to lead the charge in the dynamic world of Ecommerce marketplaces? We're seeking an experienced and strategic-minded individual to take on the role of Ecommerce Marketplace Manager. If you have a proven track record in Ecommerce operations, merchandising, and customer service, along with a keen eye for strategy and growth, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Operations:
- Develop and execute short and long-term marketplace strategies, including customer metrics and performance objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day Ecommerce operations, including listing updates, promotions, and maintenance across platforms like Amazon and Channel Advisor.
- Ensure site maintenance meets and exceeds company standards, including product descriptions, placement, and functionality.
- Reconcile marketplace listings and develop processes for efficient operations.
- Manage relationships with digital agencies and third parties, working at both strategic and tactical levels.
Merchandising:
- Develop merchandising strategies to align with company directives and drive sales.
- Plan and execute promotions to maximize growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies on digital merchandising and marketing strategies.
- Analyze marketing channels and performance metrics to drive business insights.
- Optimize marketplace copy and metadata for enhanced search engine visibility.
- Assist in SEO efforts, including keyword research and competitive assessment.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of Ecommerce experience, preferably in Amazon and Channel Advisor platforms; and or Walmart.com and Target.com.
- Proficiency in Ecommerce marketing and digital sales strategies.
- Understanding of web technologies, analytics, and content management systems.
- Self-motivated with strong project management skills.
- Analytical mindset to drive strategic decisions.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, be able to perform Vlookup/pivot tables or other advanced functions daily.
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Management, or other similar highly desired .
